WAAG - Part 2 Samples and Hands-on-Labs are updated to support Windows Azure SDK 1.6 and Windows Azure Tools for Microsoft Visual Studio 2010

Known issues:
The download link for Microsoft Anti-Cross Site Scripting Library in the Dependency Checker points to AntiXSS version 4.0 (http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?id=5242) which is no longer available. The new version AntiXSS 4.2.1 (Microsoft Anti-Cross Site Scripting Library V4.2.1) is available at http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?displaylang=en&id=28589. You need to copy C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Information Security\AntiXSS Library v4.2\NET40\AntiXSSLibrary.dll to \SharedAssets\Lib\Microsoft Anti-Cross Site Scripting Library folder.
